Create server.json, client.json, and client.uri locally. Native defaults to REALITY with carrier.mode=auto; optional resumable streams and forced QUIC.

Convert between configs, share URIs, and QR codes.

Matches tcptun uri export/import: text keeps plain URIs, QR codes default to the denser T3: Base45 profile, and import accepts T3, legacy T2, and URIs.
